¿Dudabas si invertir en El Cosmonauta? Es el momento.

El final de julio se aproxima y, con él, va tocando una nueva entrega de nuestra newsletter. Pese a que inicialmente determinamos el 11 de agosto como fecha límite para admitir inversiones de 1.000€ (ver The Plan), hemos decidido ampliar el plazo hasta el 15 de septiembre (a partir de ese momento la inversión mínima será de 5.000€)

Y las buenas noticias no terminan ahí:

1. Ahora será posible que varias personas inviertan en conjunto. Por tanto, a partir de ahora, también podréis juntaros entre varios amigos (hasta un máximo de 10) y hacer una inversión conjunta (mientras el mínimo aportado en total sean 1.000€). Cada uno de vosotros tendrá su contrato con su porcentaje correspondiente.

Es decir: que por 100€ puedes convertirte en inversor de la película y participar de los beneficios. ¿Se puede pedir más?

2. Demuestra que entre todos podemos hacerlo posible: ¿Conoces a alguien (familiar, amigo, jefe, etc.) que pudiera estar interesado en invertir unos ahorros en algo rentable? ¡Háblale del proyecto! Explícale en qué consiste, por qué te hiciste productor, las consecuencias que podría tener en el modelo de cine actual, etc. Y si le convences de que invierta… te recompensamos. Aquellas personas que traigan a un inversor recibirán a cambio un porcentaje de los beneficios de la película (10% de la cantidad que dicho inversor aporte).

Es decir: si un amigo tuyo aporta 10.000€, correspondientes a un 1,1%, a ti te haremos un contrato por valor de un 0,11%.

3. Para que no quede duda de que es una inversión casi segura os dejamos unas cifras recientes avaladas por la EOI y hechas con una provisión media (ni demasiado optimista ni demasiado negativa):

• El proyecto tiene un ROI (retorno sobre activo) del 71,31% y un ROE (retorno sobre inversión) del 94,25%.
• Además, el plazo previsto para la recuperación de la inversión es de tan sólo 19 meses.

Did you hesitate about investing in The Cosmonaut? Now it’s the time!

The end of July is getting closer, and with it, a new issue of our Newsletter. Although we initially determined that August the 11th would be the deadline to accept 1,000€ investments (see The Plan) we’ve decided to extend that date to September 15th (from that moment and onwards, the minimum investment will be 5,000€).

And the good news don’t end here:

1. Now several people can invest in the project together. Therefore, from no won, you’ll be able to gather a Group (up until 10) and make a Joint investment as long as the minimum investment is 1,000€ Each one of you will have a personal contract with its corresponding percentage of the benefits.

Meaning that: with 100€ you can become a movie investor and share the profits. Could you ask for more?

2. Prove that we can make it possible all together! Do you know someone (a relative, a friend, your boss…) that could be interested in investing some savings in something profitable? Talk to them about the project! Explain to them themechanics of The Cosmonaut, why did you became a producer, the consequences it may have in the present film industry, etc. Andi f you convince him or her to invest, we’ll reward you. Those people bringing an investor will receive in exchange a percentage of the movie’s profits (10% of the quantity the investor you’ve brought will have).

Meaning: if a friend of yours invests 10,000€, which correspond to a 1.1% of the profits, you’ll have a contract valued in a 0.11%.

3. To make clear this is a safe investment, we share with you some numbers  endorsed by the EOI, and made with an average projection (not too optimistic, not too negatie)

• The project has a ROI and a ROE of 71,31% and 94,25%, respectively.
• And the  predicted date to recover the investment is just 19 months.
